AI Tools & Experiments

Smaller builds and prototypes — proof of hands-on AI fluency.

AI Daily Brief

A custom tool built with Claude that searches the web each morning and generates a personalized news briefing, written in the voice and format of a podcast I liked — reverse-engineered into a repeatable structure with a curated source list.

PRD Evaluation Testing Tool

Built alongside UX Research at OhioHealth — converted a UX-designed evaluation grid into an AI-assisted tool that reviews a PRD and recommends the right testing approach based on defined criteria, streamlining a real cross-functional workflow.

AI Search & Commerce Pulse Agent

A genuinely autonomous agent — runs on a weekly schedule via Google Apps Script, pulls live data on shifts in AI search and agentic commerce across Google, ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Claude, builds a formatted dashboard, and sends a deep-linked notification to my phone via the Gmail API. No manual trigger required.

Daily AI Fluency: Microsoft Copilot

An early adopter, not just a builder. I raised my hand to join OhioHealth IT's Microsoft Copilot pilot, completed system training, and became part of a small group experimenting and sharing learnings within Marketing & Communications — sessions that evolved from Copilot-specific to covering AI platforms broadly, and from monthly to quarterly as Copilot rolled out system-wide in waves. I've also coached teammates directly on how to use AI tools effectively. Everyone in the department has benefited from those early experiments. Today, Copilot is embedded in how I work day to day:

  • AI-transcribed meeting notes (no more choosing between listening and typing)
  • Drafting PowerPoint decks and imagery
  • Writing PRD requirements documents — saves hours per document
  • Data and spreadsheet analysis in Excel
  • Brainstorming and research assistance
  • Drafting opportunity assessments
  • Preparing for meetings and presentations, including Q&A prep
  • Writing status reports and executive updates
  • Drafting interview questions
  • Summarizing and tightening emails
